Unless expressly stated, the Company is not a custodian of buyer funds, payments shall be made directly to the builder, developer, landowner, or authorized entity, and the Company does not guarantee refunds unless agreed by the respective developer.
Users are advised to obtain receipts, payment acknowledgements, allotment letters, agreements, and tax invoices for every transaction.
9. Loan Assistance Disclaimer
The Company may assist Users in connecting with banks or financial institutions for home loans.
Loan approval is solely at the discretion of the lending institution. Interest rates and eligibility criteria may change. The Company does not guarantee sanction or disbursement of loans.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
